REGO is lively, energetic, sarcastic and sweet folk rock band fronted by Chicago singer/songwriter Rebecca Rego. The band has been developing her songs over the last year from mild mannered introverted ballads into a upbeat playful indie rock. Over the past 6 months the band has been playing shows at popular Chicago venues and receiving rave reviews from Midwest and national publications. They have already established a loyal fan base in Chicago, and are currently working with Producer/Engineer Ryan Staples at Pragma Studios on their first full length record "A Sense Of Wonder." The record will be released on Rego's own label Spy-Bear Records in fall of 2008. Rebecca Rego
